Kapoor Architects is a Delhi, India based firm. We have a strong team of experienced, talented, and passionate Architects & Architectural Designers who specialise across a variety of market sectors, from new build to refurbishment or space planning reconfigurations.

Kapoor Architects is a design-oriented, creative, and practical contemporary Indian architecture practice. We have extensive experience across a wide range of sectors, and specialization in residential, tourism, health, education, and small commercial projects. We hold expertise in one-off housing, working with existing buildings, conservation, and interior design.

Our projects are composed in a contemporary modern architectural style along with careful consideration given to our client’s budget, aspirations, and the surrounding landscape. Our work celebrates beautiful materials, careful detailing, and the surrounding environment.

Kapoor Architects is owned by Manjul Kapoor who is a Chartered Architect. He studied Bachelor of Architecture at the University of Maharshi Dayanand University. Over the last few years, he has established a strong and unique architectural style bringing together the elements of traditional and contemporary architecture. He works on all types of projects by using his skills and his problem-solving ability to create bespoke and thoughtful designs.

Quick to understand diverse projects and brings a creative perspective to the role of architecture in everyday living. Holds a thorough understanding of building contracts and leading projects on-site. This expertise guides clients and contractors carefully through the construction stage experienced with current BBL standards and brings a keen eye for technical detailing. Outside his professional life, he enjoys listening to music and spending time with his loved ones.

Architecture needs to be design-led.

We design projects with a realistic and pragmatic approach, considering a wide variety of influences such as the brief, context, form, planning, materials, and sustainability.

We have strong ideas on how buildings should be designed to suit Indian conditions. We do planning as better as possible so that we are able to provide all comfort in minimum and maximum spaces.

We are creative and practical people. We have been through the process ourselves and performed many of the numerous building techniques ourselves including; plumbing, joinery, concreting, roofing, plastering, and of course painting & decorating.

We listen. We never try to force our designs on our Clients. We believe in taking the time to write a strong brief and using collaborative design ensuring we deliver what our Clients want and expect.

Every project’s context and brief are unique. We like to work closely with our clients believing the design process is a team effort. The starting point is the client’s idea, and we provide layouts to convey our thoughts based on the client’s aspirations each time. We are careful to design what our Clients want, not what we think you want.

As is common in the residential sector, some clients may have very little experience in the building process and we put great effort and care into guiding our clients through each stage – from choosing a Planning, Furniture Layout, Structure, 3d views, and all other drawings to completion of their new home.
